Australian in Frankfurt looking for xc mtb rides

I must apologise up front because I speak NO German - sorry. I am visiting from Australia and would like ride with any locals over the next week who don't mind guiding me in English. I have my own bike (Giant Anthem Advanced) and have entered the St Wendel Hobby 107km on 8 August. Friends who I am staying with (just south of the Main in Frankfurt) have offered me occasional use of their car but I would prefer not to accept because they have 3 young children. Please pm me or post here if you have room for an Aussie to tag along on one of your rides. I am from Adelaide in South Australia and would be more than happy to reciprocate if anyone of you wants to make the trip. Thanks.

Yes, we (Everstyle, x-rossi and me) are hitting the taunus trails tomorrow at 2:30 PM starting from Oberursel Hohemark. If you wanna come, please bring with you a bike helmet and at least a spare tire tube in case you have a flat tire.

The current plan is to do a short tour of approx. 2.5 hours with approx. 27km and 960 meters in altitude difference. We'll try to ride as many trails as possible downhill. You can follow our discussion in the thread "Afterwork-Biken [Teil 2]" if you need more information.

I'll already be starting my tour from northern Frankfurt at 1:45 PM. If you want to ride with me from there already, drop me a personal message with your contact details (cellphone number would be good) and I can give you more details.

I will be there with my friend and we will ride with you unless you are too fast or the downhills too difficult for us, so please do not think you have to change your route for us. moin moin,

ich soll in malcolms auftrag sein giant anthem advanced 2008 zum verkauf anbieten.

es hat die größe L bzw 20".

bis auf gewechseltem sattel, vorbau und griffen, entspricht es dem originalen zustand. auf gemeinsamen touren habe ich es mir genauer angesehen und ich würde den zustand des bikes dem alter entsprechend als sehr gut beurteilen.

allrdings muss malcolm donnerstag abend wieder nach australien fliegen, eine besichtigung und probefahrt des bikes ist also bis spätestens donnerstag nachmittag möglich. das bike kann in sachsenhausen besichtigt und probe gefahren werden.

malcolm stellt sich einen preis von 2250 € vor.
