If I read the exif of the original jpg you use Panasonic settings "High Saturation" & "Hard scharpening". Combined with Imagemagick sharpening this gives a rather hard image.
This is a version with very mild sharpening and enhanced clarity in Lightroom.
I am still looking for the best Imagemagick settings, but you might want to consider sharpen outside the camera. Try a softer setting in camera. For now: -unsharp 0.8x0.5+1+0.10
