I manage to take it out by following your instructions, but whatever i do the post is not saying in position (up or down). It goes up by itself an when i sit its sinking. Piece of shit. Of course i haven't done anything to break it. When i took it out i saw that a part of the metal had fallen...

Anybody could explain to me in english (google transle is no good for german) why i cant sit on this seatpost without it sinking. I understand it could be because of cable tightness but i can not take the post out in its entirety more than like 2cm. I see the cable but can,t do anything with it...
