Team_Eightpins: Can NGS2 clutch be retrofitted in NGS1? I have my NGS1 torqued to 14 Nm but my saddle sometimes still rotates while riding.

    C33I STRAIGHT

I have similar experience with Syntace hubs as Dani, I had W33i and also C33i both with MX hubs and had problems with hubs - brake squeling, resonating, noise..... I also think that their hubs are too sensitive to clamping torque (axial force). Also axial force is not constant while riding...

Probably it is grease version - take out stanction tube and you will see. If it is grease version check air pressure, clean, assemble and grease - maybe this will make it faster. Otherwise it is possible to upgrade to oil version and maybe also to NGS2 outer sleeve (#1004).

#Knackville, das leidige Thema beim Mk14

mokka_: All looks the same just different tolerance on bearing and bearing seat in frame to get different more secure fit (I didn't get exact information on bearing tolerance....). Problematic were bearings on chainstay near Bottom bracket - when I unscrewed a bolt, bearing came out together...

    - I also had creaking at "horstlink screws" on my 601 Mk4 - remove, clean, loctite on thread and grease on contact surfaces - problem gone (as IBEX73 said). From Liteville it comes just with loctite without any grease on contact surfaces. - It is also possible that some bearings doesn't fit...

Blue Rabbit: Liteville recomends to mount shock in reverse direction......but I also think it is better the other way (standard direction) because I can use propedal easier and faster, better lubrication (on 601 Mk4, XL in low setting I have enough clearance and clearance is also increasing with...

I think it is not from cable pulleys....I have 601 Mk4, XL without noise....(you have to install cables in the right place - see attached photo). In my mind I only imagine two things: sound can come from chain touching a SCS chain guide maybe check if there is play in your needle bearings at...

    Banshee Rune v2 - Sammelthread

Thank you for help. I disassembled everything and found out that almost all bearings were rusty (2 of them didn't rotate). I cleaned bearings as much as possible and put in new grease and assembled everything (it would be easier and better to replace bearings with new ones - next time). Now...

    Banshee Rune v2 - Sammelthread

I have tried cleaning and regreasing but it is the same - I think bolt doesn't compress enough bearings to the link and then there is movement between inner race of bearing and link - they should move together. For tightening I also have to counter screw on the other side - but no matter how...

    Banshee Rune v2 - Sammelthread

My friend has some creaking problem with his Rune. I found out that bolt 55, 58 are rotating together with bearings 56 while link didn't move. Bolt is tightened to 5 Nm (I tried also more torque but bolt is still rotating and there is creaking). Is there anyone who had this problem and how this...

    Liteville 601 MK 4

Mk4 is less progressive than Mk3 and Mk3 is less progressive than Mk1 and Mk2. Here are some numbers/graphs: http://linkagedesign.blogspot.com/2018/03/liteville-601-mk4-2018.html But I think Mk4 with RS super deluxe (with two tokens) is progressive enough - with 30 % sag I can use full travel on...

I wouldn't buy Mk4....rocker contruction is bad.....wait for Mk5 (I hope they will make it in near future and more important I hope they will solve some major problems with Mk4 frame and improve quality control). Mk5 will probably be compatible with new 8pins.
