Advice on parts

Hi community! I recently bought an Orbea Occam h20 LT, and I'm wondering if should I use some of the parts I have in my old Cannondale Habit 4 (I installed some new parts on it). I'l do a "vs" list with both options I have, and hopefully you can give me a hand on choosing the best option.
