the first time I have a situation where I do not know how to proceed... In short , Im seller (damper) , buyer agree to buy it and in first post ,he sayd that he have some issue with paypal ,but he manage to send money somehow...
We made deal, as it goes normaly on market , but when come time to pay (now 5-6 days ago) he dont reply anymore on any message .
So deal is made, there is no money and what should (and how) do with that faild sale, and also if I gave him negative feedback , there is also possibility for him , to give it back to me ?
