We are a leading engineering firm in the development of lightweight bicycle frames, components and suspension systems based in Freiburg im Breisgau.
For 25 years we have been developing outstanding products for leading brands, for example super-light carbon bicycle frames.
We are currently developing frames and bike parts exclusively for Specialized.
To reinforce our team, we are looking for an experienced bicycle frame developer.
Tasks:
– Developing carbon bicycle frames, from the first sketch to mass production in Asia.
– Creating the complete 3D models.
– Creating drawings and documentation as part of the development process.
– Communicating with clients in USA and manufacturers in Asia.
– Developing the carbon layup within the team and verification of prototypes in Asia.
Qualification:
– Degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable degree.
– Experienced in the development of bicycle frames, ideally also with frames made from carbon fiber.
– Advanced knowledge of PTC Creo.
– Ability to work with teams, distributed locally and worldwide.
– English skills for fluent communication worldwide both written and verbal.
– Willingness to travel internationally.
– Experience in working with Asian frame manufacturers.
