We are looking for a friendly, motivated mountain biker/enthusiast to join our team as Inside Sales Representative for the Spanish Market. Do you love cycling and speak fluent Spanish? Do you want to work in a great team with an inclusive culture? Entonces Bienvenido!

In the position as Inside Sales Representative Spain for PIVOT Cycles EU GmbH, the following activities are among others:

Area of responsibility:

• Independent support and development of Spanish market
• Preparation and execution of customer visits
• Identifying, prospecting and new dealer acquisition
• Seasonal pre-orders, including order entry and order management.
• Preparation and execution of dealer training
• Participation in demo events, trade fairs and dealer events
• Regular travel to Spanish Market
• Cooperation and coordination with the responsible internal interfaces such as production,
  operations, credit department, marketing, and colleagues in the USA
• Processing of service requests from end consumers, dealers via phone email, Facebook, and live chat for the Spanish market
• Taking orders from dealers and distributors

Requirements:

• Living in or willing to Relocate to the greater Stuttgart area
• Prove success in sales and ability to meet aggressive sales goals
• Experience in customer service and/or sales, (Bike Industry preferred)
• Product affinity and knowledge in the mountain bike sector
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge in MS-Office products, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• CRM experience a plus
