Nice frame, I found meanwhile a bit more details,
It's 1998

It's Columbus Nemo based, just the profile of the lower tube is called Geoid.
According to this brochure it should be a bit lighter.

The size you've mentioned might be the just 16.5" or 17" frame size, maybe a bit too small for me
