We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) at our European headquarter in Mainz-Mombach, Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced and growing team that creates an amazing experience for our customers, dealers and prospective customers.

As an Inside Sales Representative you will drive sales growth within a given region and strive to reach company annual targets. You will work closely with Independent Bike Dealers within the region and strive to reach or exceed monthly and annual sales goals and create a lasting relationship.

We are looking for someone who has experience in wholesale sales in the outdoor industry who has a passion for bikes and helping people. You will need to be an expert communicator as you will be working closely with multiple departments and collaborate on projects and goals.



Overall Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Santa Cruz Bicycles and Cervelo Bicycles dealers within given region in EMEA
  • Own and deliver monthly and annual sales goals in the region
  • Build and execute on the annual and monthly plan to grow sales in given region
  • Point of contact for dealers via email and phone
  • Distribute Santa Cruz Bicycles and Cervelo Bicycles information in given region, educates dealers of changes and new products
  • Visit dealers in given region – Minimum of three trips per year
  • Manage demo and rental bikes sold in region
  • Regularly communicate to dealers regarding new products, prices, launches, etc.



Competencies & Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in wholesale sales, outdoor industry experience preferred
  • Expert in professionally communicating clearly and concisely with end consumers and dealers
  • Familiarity using ERP software, Google Suite and Microsoft office
  • Extensive knowledge of road and mountain bicycles and all associated parts
  • Ability to self-manage time and prioritize tasks successfully
  • Experience creating professional relationships and providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Ability to travel to dealers around your designated EMEA territory
  • Ability to give presentations and demonstrations of Santa Cruz Bicycles and Cervelo Bicycles product
  • Ability to work professionally with coworkers in a collaborative and open environment
  • Ability to problem solve and suggest recommendations for improvement
  • Ability to read, comprehend and explain documents in German and English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in German and English.
