The PR Coordinator is a cycling enthusiast with PR experience, to work with the PAN-CE, global Marketing and the PR team. She is responsible for delivering high quality, brand appropriate, accurate and timely public relations in non-special interest media for the Germanic market and manages and executes all aspects of the PR department, which are in line with specialized Europe´s initiative’s. Aim is to turn specialized into a highly visible brand across the non-endemic media landscape and to massively increase the brand awareness to non-special interest consumer groups.

Other appointed key focus task are translations, adaptations and adjustments for press releases, internal and external communications and as well the Retailer Book and Catalogue Files provided by the US HQ.




PR Coordinator


–       Timely delivery of all new product to press for review

–       Assist Marketing on the planning of launches

–       Creates and executes planning and implementation of public relations strategy

–       Writing articles, press releases and corporate communications

–       Translations

–       Research of new media outlets non-endemic

–       Build and maintain a contact database containing all relevant information

–       Primary non-endemic PR contact for all marketing channels

–       Managing Press Clippings

–       Reporting and tracking monthly Coverage for further distribution

–       providing new strategies and Ideas reaching out broader audience

–       represent the brand and various events (which will include weekends)

–       Ensure that the Woman growth category is well represented in all activities




–       Assist CE & Germanic team with overall planning’s and projects

–       Media Plan Germanic Markets in collaboration with the Holzkirchen Team

–       Assist in the creation, tracking and reporting of PR annual budget

–       Any other task assigned by the management

–       Ordering for products sent to press

–       Gatekeeper for tonality and Wording for every message going out to the public




–       Excellent organization skills

–       Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

–       Ability to see opportunities and act swiftly to capitalize on them

–       Excellent attention to detail and quality

–       High personal productivity with demonstrated follow-up ability

–       Proactive, anticipates needs and exhibits the ability to successfully self-manage multiple projects/tasks

–       Demonstrated high level of proficiency with MS office, Excel and Power Point
