„I created this slideshow for the Pro Photographer Showdown 2019 a photographic contest held in Whistler, BC – Canada during the world Ski and Snowboard festival (WSSF). This comp after almost 20 editions is considered the most prestigious in extreme sports photography and has the unique characteristic of put photographers from different sports to compete presenting their body of work in a 8 to 9 minutes long slideshow.
This year competition put myself against some very talented colleagues: Zack Noyle (Surf), Robin O’Neill (Snow and Bikes), Tal roberts (Skate) and the wildcard Markus Paladino (cold water surf). My slideShow was voted best in Show by the judges and Robin O’neill got the People’s choice. Huge thanks to Whistler, WSSF and the contest organization and judges for putting this unique event together. But the biggest thanks goes to all the riders that have believed, followed and occasionally risk their life for me in this past 15 years, it’s been an amazing ride!“
