From my own experience I know that it does not take much to get started. All http://mcb.elk.pl you have to do is make small changes in your life and the effects will appear. However, the most important thing is the motivation and 100% attitude that we want to lose weight and change our life so far. No "storm" or "wind" should take us off the road. We have a goal and let us stick to it, and the momentary breakdown or "friendly" opinion of other people should only strengthen us and make sure that's what we want.
