Or try to DIY :) Maybe it will be possible to exchange that white plastic washer for IGUS thrust washer with machined groove for X-ring. Then assemble axle with silicon paste between the surfaces to keep it watertight. Unfortunately I don't have dimensions, so I can't tell now.

Every single bearing I have had on my bike, was not destroyed by exceeding loads, but everytime by water/dirt. I do not have Mk10 at hand, but as I see from pictures, those needle bearings are only sealed by single seal. What about that white plastic washer? Is that meant as a thrust washer? If...

I would take a look, if the seal at the affected side is not damaged. Material of the shaft needs to be very very hard, so it cannot be stainless, which is softer even after hardening. Then its a matter of just a little time, to ruin the axle, if water comes in. In my experience with needle...
