So the project was not detailed to the dimensions, that aspect was left to the manifacturer, am I correct?

I read that a steel version is (was?) made by some manifacturer and required changes. I wonder if I can have the drawings with the exact measuremets for the pivot and all so I can replicate it welding it by myself.
