    6mm is too much! i think that kind of displacement causes lots of wear on the acetal washer

    Thanks people! just did that and it worked with no dents :D i was afraid of damaging the frame so i didn't tried that in the first place. just serviced the bearings, they were all dried up, the original grease hardened. so i took the rubberseals, removed the old grease, cleaned well and...
