Kühlkörper sollte sein, das ist ne lineare KSQ die wird nur heiß bei großer Spannungsdifferenz von LED zu Akku.Da ich mit unterschiedlichen Akkupacks hantiere,bin ich auf nummersicher gegangen. alles mit Silikon und Heißkleber abgedichtet, so auch die hier:

Das kann ich Dir nicht beantworten,aber ich würds nicht machen,wer weiß wie stark die elektrische Isolation zum Chip ist, bei starker Überhitzung kann diese auch Schaden nehmen und ich weiß nicht was dann passiert wenn da Masse draufkommt

Hallo, wollte nur mal sagen, das mit der Wärmekamera ist ja der Hammer. Ich habe ähnliche Probleme auch mit einer Eigenbauplatine gelöst,nachdem ich mit der LED-Tech Platine nicht zurechtkam. Ist nicht so attraktiv,aber darauf kams mir nicht an,da ich 10 Stck. brauchte mußte es einfach nur...
