Cheers, it doesn't seem to be happening more now were in winter, I don't recall it happening when the temperatures were above 10°C, it was 2°C this morning when it happened 3 times. Thanks again for your help. Neil.

Ok, Without the chain and in overdrive when cranking forward it sounds normal, just the faint 'whirring' of the gears inside. I then cranked back a little and most of the time it was ok, but sometimes I could hear only 2 or 1 of the pawls click back over the teeth when cranking backwards very...

I'm really stuck too, it looks like new, I would have though that the slipping would cause some damage or scratched but there is nothing.... Here's the pawls; It seems to slip mostly under light pressure, while sat down pedaling, not under heavy pressure on the pedal as much.

Here is a photograph of the inside of the gearbox; As far as I can see there are no issues with the bottom bracket....

I couldn't find anyone who had the tool to face the ICGS tabs so I had to use shims in order to get the back plate to align, I got it within 0.2mm of alignment to the gearbox....

Hi, Sorry if forgot to mention i've checked and adjusted the cable several times and it's made no difference to the slipping. Operating the shifter while looking at the lever on the hammerschmidt back plate it appears to be working ok... It's got roughly 300km on it, some very wet conditions...
