I've been following this thread since day one and have finally managed to get a set of the Trinity brakes in the last release
Has anyone used a wolftooth matchmaker dropper lever or the Problem Solver adapter to mount a Shimano shifter to the Trinity levers?
I was going for direct bank transfer. Ultimately there's more people wanting these brakes than there are brakes available. It's always going to mean frustration and disappointment for some.
Jst wish it wasn't me, every single time
Not at all. I think Google translate might not have worked very well on my post.
die to short rocker link, good tolerance and good alignment, I don't see trunnion being a problem for Last bicycles.
Nin anyway aimed at Last with the short rocker linkage, tighter tolerance and better alignment but trunnion mounting can highlight weaknesses in some designs.
They look lovely, thank you for sharing. I'd like a set of Trinity or Maxima for a new build. I currently run Hope Tech 3. I really like a quiet bike. Onyx hubs and new SRAM transmission to keep the noise down.
Are people finding they get a lot of disc rub with high leverage brakes? After all...
I use Shimano SLR brake housing for dropper posts as there's less friction. I don't know if it will fit through the internal guides on a Last frame though.
