Frame just arrived. All is good, size, color, fork and accessories. Perfect. For your information, bottom bracket area is full carbon, there's no metal insert. Praxis recommends to use Loctite silicone adhesive to install the bb. I'm gonna stick with a thin layer of grease (Motorex Grease bike)

The Vaast came with a +20 adapter for both brakes. It's 140 standard like the Argon.(See attached picture, where you can see the caliper with the adapter). If you re-use the rotors, you don't need new adapters unless I'm missing something obvious. You could buy some bar tape for a cleaner look...

If I did my homework right, you can swap absolutely all the parts from the Vaast except, as you said the bb, that is pressfit bb86. I think you'll have to shorten housings and hoses because of the internal routing via the stem.
