I checked my new bike (izzo uncaged 11), but luckily I didn't find any errors similar to yours. I hope you successfully solve the warranty problem.

on my izzo bike, what is marked under the number 2 was installed (currently I removed it to protect the entire frame with foil). number 1 in the picture, is what I got it in the box next to the thirstmaser 5000, although I didn't order it. Either there was an error with the order, or it was a gift 🙂

...new izzo uncaged 11....since there is snow in our area at the moment, I have time to "dress up" the bike in wrap foil for cars. first I make templates from paper, then I copy it onto the foil. it takes quite a while, but I have time because of the weather 🙂
