    Canyon Bikes in Action

Vid from weekend ride at Hamsterley Forest downhill in the North of England. The lower section is very steep and rocky, 1st time down so took it a little too slowly as was pretty unsure what was coming - hence the go slow and falling off............:( Had an amazingly warm and sunny April over...

Yeah, i reckon so. Not the way i have it - if you have the small chainring and put the seatpost up it will pedal easy enough. Heavy bike though, i wouldn't want to ride it up for too long. Downhill is the fun part!:D

Don't speak German mate, but assume your asking what i think of the Rockzone and the Van R fork? Really happy with the bike. I have dropped the changer and front mech and gone for a 36 ring with chain device. Bike is quick to accelerate and takes everything i've thrown at it. I would like it...

    Torque Shock bolt - rounded!

Never mind. Cheers for the offer though!:daumen: Trying to see if Canyon can get the postage lower. Don't know why they have to use UPS for such small items. Shame the UK service dept doesn't stock such items...................

    Torque Shock bolt - rounded!

Not sure i should be running a standard bolt now, as the shock bushing will be up against the threaded part of the bolt, whereas the Canyon bolt is smooth apart from a thread right at the end. Problem is Canyon want to charge me 16 Euros to ship this 1 bolt that weighs the same as a...

Trip to Hamsterley Forest at the weekend. Never been before, so took it easy. Only sampled a small part of the park. Looking forward to heading back and tackling the steep bottom sections - and pushing myself a bit more!! Hamsterley Forest on Vimeo

    Torque Shock bolt - rounded!

Cheers Svensson - seems the 350 was just that little bit too light for me, so gone 400. All sorted now, got a bolt from local hardware shop. Seems the bolts Canyon use are made of cheese..............;)

    Offset bushings to slacken Torque?

Rockzone is 65.7 deg head angle. Although my iphone angle finders reckons it's a little slacker than that. Just be interested to see if it made much difference and not a massive cost.
