I would certainly recommend you an XL. I'm 186 cm with 91 cm inseam and have an XL. An L would have been too small for me. Propain customer service also recommended me an XL, in contradiction to the table on their own website..

My Tyee has not been build yet so I can't give you a comparison but whatever you do: don't get a 161 for flatter terrain. It's a tank.
