Suche 28" / 700c steel frame / frameset ~56cm

Hallo,

I'm looking for a 28" steel frame or frameset. If the former, then 1 1/8" headtube is required. For example, Panasonic CB 5000 is nice as well as Miyata touring rigs from the late 80s.

Seat tube ~ 57cm
Head tube >12cm

Canti pegs are required. A (near-)horizontal top-tube is preferred. 135mm rear spacing would be nice and at least 40mm tyres should fit. Lugs are very nice.

A complete bike is also an option but shipping might be an issue as the delivery would be to Finland. Budget is capped at 300 euros.

There is a nice Nöll on Kleinanzeigen right now. But I'm not sure if it takes 40mm tires.

Danke! The frame has very nice proportions but tire clearance seems limited indeed. Also a bit more than my planned budget which I'll add to my post.
