Hello mates,
start of the new Year is really interesting,
I have nice projects
for next spring season and I'd like to share with you one of them,
it's a "racing team" frame that I received thanks to a good Italian friends : it's a Bianchi NTH 107 " Reparto Corse "
the frame is made from Columbus MAX " NIVACROM " reinforced steel tubes with round / elliptical tube shape close to the BB shell, the fork is a "unicrown fork" from Columbus as well
the frame cames from the official Bianchi Racing Team and it's in really very good condition for an early '90 steel racing frame, only a little bit of chainsuck ( quite normal for a pro racing bike ) no other issues or damages
here below a "review" from an Italian MTB magazine showing the " racing team equipments " of the bike with a mix of Shimano XT / Dura Ace stuffs , drop bar and Marzocchi susp. fork
I have not planned when I will start the rebuild, for sure I will keep the actual unicrown fork ( no front suspension ) and all parts will be from the correct period as much as possibile following the original specs. but, anyway, any suggestion or advice from your side is always very welcome
I hope that you will appreciate it
Thank you very much
Marco
