Hi all!
Sorry to write in English but I don't speak German and this is the only forum I have found with Canyon users able to give the technical answer I seek.
I have a 2013 torque frx and have received a replacement rocker arm from canyon because of damage caused by an improperly stuck trackflip bolt.
While reassembling, I realized that on the front bearing (the one that touches the frame with the conical cup) the sag meter ring would push the frame way before the bolt was torqued to spec. It seems that the conical cup (no 25 on the BOM) is pressed further into the bearing (no 3) than on the original rocker arm.

I can push the conical cup with a bearing press to the same position as the original, but how do I find this position without a spare rocker arm? What if I just wanted to replace the bearings? What is the reassembly procedure after replacing the bearings?
I have read a related thread http://www.mtb-news.de/forum/t/problems-with-torque-frx.659752/ but the reassembling instructions provided suppose that the conical cup is already on the correct position inside the bearing, which is not the case for me!

Canyon support replied that I should send them the bike or take it to my local bike shop and did not provide any technical information.
I always do the services and rebuilds of the rest of my bikes, forks and shocks on my own and I wish it stays so. Even if I take the bike to canyon for the issue, I don't want to have to take it again when / if I need to replace the bearings.

Greetings from Greece,
Stefanos
