Fusion Floyd SL Cracked Frame

Hello,

I live in the UK and have cracked the frame on my Fusion Floyd SL.
The problem i have is no-one imports or sells fusion bikes in the UK anymore so I'm finding acquiring a new part difficult. I have tried to contact Fusion direct but are yet to get a reply. Can anyone help or put me in contact with someone who could supply me with the new part.

Ich lebe in Deutschland und haben Risse am Rahmen auf meinem Fusion Floyd SL.
Das Problem ich habe, ist niemand Einfuhren oder verkauft Fusion Bikes in Großbritannien nicht mehr so ich finde die Anschaffung eines neuen Teil schwierig. Ich habe versucht, Kontakt Fusion unmittelbar, sondern erst noch eine Antwort erhalten. Kann mir jemand helfen oder mich in Kontakt mit jemandem, der mich mit dem neuen Teil liefern könnten.

Hallo, eine Abwicklung des Schadens ist meiner Information nur über einen Fusion-Händler möglich. Du musst dir eine Händler in der Nähe suchen und dieser muss dann anfragen, was ein Austausch kostet, falls die Garantie schon abgelaufen ist.

Versuche es mal telefonisch. Günther,der Mann der Zuständig ist für solche Fälle ist aber soweit mir bekannt ist nur Vormittags da.

Try to make a call. But I think you can get Günther, the guy for reclamations, only in the morning. Maybe he can help you!

I will try and call fusion in the week, if i get no reply do you know of any fusion dealers i could contact as there are none in the UK.
