Gesucht: Fahrtechnik in Gardasee

I'm going to be at Gardasee from July 25-28 with my girlfriend and I was wondering if someone could recommend a good person/organization offering a 1-2 day technical training down there (focusing on trails). We have been biking for 1-2 years and want to do an advanced course which could include a day tour of 1500+ hoehenmeter in anticipation of our Transalp later this summer. Either German or English instruction is fine.
