You can use any old road frame with old style road drop-outs (don't know the exact name). You will find lots of them on ebay ;-) You do not need any chain tensioners for those frames, cause the dropouts are nearly horizontal. Do not use any lightweigt QRs. Take some old 600 or Ultegra steel QRs.
