So far, in my experience, a new bike usually needs some adjustments and retightening after first few kilometers. Mainly on: headset, spokes (nipples), braking discs, saddle.
Specialized, for example, requires first "break-in" service after just few hours of riding in order for warranty to be valid. I guess few fixes here and there in the first few rides are normal and nothing to panic about.
It's just that Canyon should instruct the customers to do so....
