How will it become harder if I choose small instead of medium? I can understand that the front end will have a tendency to rise (be lifted) while pedaling uphill. But anything else? thanks a lot

Thanks a lot for your answers. I understand that it will not pedal like a pure XC bike but I hope it can pedal similar to my current meta 5.5 (140mm) which is 14.5 kilos. Another question is: I am between small and medium. If I get the small will pedaling become harder?
