    And an update here for anyone that cares, I just got Cosmic's dealerbook 26 today and DVO is nowhere to be seen, so take from that what you will. If you're gonna buy one, it'd be a good idea to check with either of the companies first.

    €50 is absolutely wild. It's literally a 1 minute job once the lowers are off. From me, it's part of the new fork prep/first service as standard. Sure the tools are expensive, but spread over every happy customer the cost seems rather negligible. Some forks are already fine, some are horrible...

    I can still order DVO through my Cosmic account. I'm unsure if they will do, or ever did routine servicing on them, but they should still honor warranty claims.

    How much do you weigh? 3-5 tons? Because that's how much force is required to put in the adpater and the steerer. Let's say you have a system weight of 100kg, you'd have to be landing with a force of 30-50g to even think about moving it. Let's even ignore the force your topcap bolt and stem are...

    Hey team, if you have 1.8 forks laying around, it's now possible to convert them to conventional 1.5 steerer :) When provided a bare CSU, install and normal tapered steerer will be €150 :)
