So the project was not detailed to the dimensions, that aspect was left to the manifacturer, am I correct?

yes. The crowd did the concept, suspension layout, geometry and so on but the exact location of the pivots and so on was designed by an engineer of the company behind the ICB if I remember correctly. So I doubt you will find exact drawings anywhere.
