Faced with buying an entire new unit : Anger:. I suspect almost any Italian threaded cup for their sealed bearing type bottom brackets would work, even one of the plastic ones : Oops: mine is an Octalink bb-5500 but even square tapers used these cups.

Edit: Turned out to be a fortuitous mistake as I actually needed the shorter 109.5mm axle for chainline/fr der. reasons so I've got an extra 118.5mm Shimano 105 Octalink V1 bottom bracket with no left cup if anyone needs it.
