Let me share my (personal) experience from last time (post-COVID period with very high electricity prices) in Slovakia:
We don`t have many companies doing anodization in current situation with very high prices for electricity. Some didn`t even replied to my request and one (1) of them refused my individual (non-company) request to anodize small parts, because of NO business behind that. You have to come with a truck (LKW) of components, but no small parts. Price for electricity is everything.
(sorry for English, but it`s easier and quicker for me to reply). Thank you.
