First of all, sorry for the english, as my german is quite horrible...

I have been out on my mtb riding around the kottenforst and ahr valley and am looking for more routes to ride on. I have a GPS, so I often just go exploring. Does anyone know of any good single trail through this area (for later of course when everything dries up a little more)? I'd like to find others to ride with, but my german isn't that good (especially with bike related terms) since I've only been in the area for 7 months. Any help would be appreciated.

thanks

Hi!

The Kottenforst is my backyard here in Bonn, so I ride there quite often. Of course I know some nice trails - as I don't have a GPS I can show you the trails - it's always great to practice english.

Cheers,
Marc

You can show up at Team Tomburg, here most sundays an 11h. They know all trials between Tomburg and Ahr. But check in their thread before.

Good idea. My english is quiet horrible, but i think it could be nice to have an international riders group.

What do yout think, of course depending on the weather, about a little ride on "Rosenmontag".

hah, well what you can't say in english I might understand in german, I understand a fair amount, speaking it is another story....

I'm pretty sure I have to work that day. If I find out I don't work, i'll let you guys know.

as the days get longer I'd love to go out for rides during the week, I just finish work so late that right now there is not much time left before the sun goes down. I also have a light to ride at night for when the trails are drier :)
