Problems with delivery. Parts out of Stock

Hello,

On the 8th of august I ordered a Nerve XC5. They would make the bike in week 34. Then they said it woud be week 37 and now they don't know when it will be fixed.
The reason is that some parts are out of stock (Reba Poploc and RS MC 3.3 rear suspension), they say . It all depends on RockShox, when they will deliver they can make my bike. Does anyone have the same problem?
I find it strange because there are also other bikes with an MC 3.3 suspension. Do all these bikes have to wait? If I am the only one : on bike-discount.de are the parts for sale! Order them there so i can have my XC5

Hey Dude ... there is nothing free on this planet !

I think it's well known that waiting for a Canyon bike is the regular case. Btw there are other discounter such as Rose-Versand where you can even have your bike customized which is not possible at Canyon.

Just wait and think of the 500 euros you saved ! ....

i had the same time to wait as i ordered at my local bike shop...thats why i don´t mind the waiting time now

Hi there,

first of all, let me tell you that we are very sorry for the unexpected delay that was caused by parts being out of stock. All accordant parts are on back-order and will arrive in the near future. We will then assemble all delayed bikes as soon as possible. Since there will be an stocktaking at the end of this week we are not able to provide more details about the delivery schedule up until middle of next week (tuesday being an public holiday in germany). Again, sorry for that.
