problems with Torque FRX

IMG_3465-2.jpg

is that any step to install the screws to rocker arm?
because the trackflip chip (red) has a little bit loose when tighten up the screws in middle.
when i release them, the chip is stable.
i have tried many time also can not fix this problem...

when i tighten up 1,2,3 screws > the chip is prefect
then tighten up 4 or 5 > the loose chip will appear(the feeling is like a loose handset)
whats wrong with that?
sorry for my poor english, hope all you guys can understand......XD"
thanks a lot ^^

Lets beginn to reinstall your rocker-arm. Before installation the rocker arm hast to be dismantled into two parts.

- Now you start with putting each rockerarm side into its bearing position (the bearing position at screw No1 in your picture). Then find the correct position of the two rocker-arm parts to each other.

- Now install screw No1 with the torque of 6Nm.

- After this, you have to position the seatstays and the rocker-arm, so that you are able to install screw No 2 (in your picture). Pull it tight with a torque of 10-12 Nm.

- If this is done, the next step is to install screw 4 and 5 with a torque of 5Nm.

- Now install the two cover caps at the bearing position on No1.

- If this is done, you finally have to connect the rocker arm with your damper.( Screw No 3 in your picture) Pull it tight with a torque of 10-12 Nm.

If you still have loose at your trackflip, then it could be possible that the sliding bearings of your damper have not the correct dimensions. The problem could be that they are too wide.
Please measure this dimension. (The picture is only an example for you, so that you know what you should measure!!)
