Quality Manager

Tasks:
– Technical support of our international distributors (Bike, Wintersports and MX divisions)
– Managing warranty claims from our international distributors in the Bike, Wintersports and MX divisions
– The creation and support of technical marketing documentation
– Presentation of technical trainings for our international distributors
– Spare parts logistics and control for the Bike, Wintersports and MX divisions
– Work with our B2B and SAP system for quality management
– Communication and coordination of problem solving in cooperation with our suppliers, based on market information regarding technical problems
– Production supervision (Bike, Wintersports und MX divisions) at the production locations
– Creation of manuals and technical documentation
– Mounting of prototypes and test bikes of the bike division
– Support and participation at bike events as service man e.g. product launches
.
We expect:
– Several years of experience and technical knowledge in the bike industry/bike shop
– Willingness to travel
– Good negotiating skills
– Strong communication / interaction skills
– Reasonable knowledge of MS Office and if possible SAP
– An excellent level of English.
