Spare parts for Whiplash Frame

Hello:
first, sorry because I´m in english...

I have 2006 Fusion whiplash bike, who has the main pivot of the suspension worn away.

the main pivot is composed by two HK1412 needle rollers , the inner ring (12x14x53)that i do not know what is the industrial reference (somebody can tell what is?), and two plastic washers, what also, I do not know the industrial ref.

please, somebody can tell me where can I get spare parts to repair the main pivot of the frame and prices? .
also if is available to get the entire frame roller kit and price...
