Greetings from California!

Can anyone post a cad drawing for a Syntace Hub tools used to replace ballbearings in Syntace wheel as described in this video:

They call these wheel user-serviceable in the owners manual, yet when it comes to a simple bearing change they expect us to send the wheels to the dealer?

On the side note, Syntace should take a closer look at what others doing. For example every other bike manufacturer sells ball bearing presses for the frame to the public (Santa Cruz has it on the website). Syntace on the other hand likes to keep ALL ball bering insertion/removal tools AWAY from consumers.

This policy causes nothing but anger and frustration!

Well, most probably because it often goes wrong.
Basically, for experienced people, you can get it out with a gouge and in with a nut or/and c-clamp. Same for the frame. Here are many threads where this is discussed, but in German. Only place where you really need a special tool is the top-tube one, but there's a cad-plan for this here, too.

Take a look at Chris King, yes, won can buy the tools, but at what price?
Show me where you can buy for trek, specialized?

Thank you for your answer, well Santa Cruz sells a tool for removal of all bearings for $44. Syntace calls these wheels user-serviceable but withhold the tools from general public.. I agree the cost of these tools so high, its easier to make one yourself on a lathe

here's the price @ Chris King:

No, the link above was reffering to that tool needed for the top-tube-bearing:

some photos of the process here:

and for the other one here:

and in the end, for the wheels, I took nearly the same tools as there.
Thank you for the info, can you clarify, the Chris King press tool is used to remove and press in all bearings on Syntave wheels AND liteville frame or just for either one?

Thank you for the photos, looks like you mastered the process.. Did you have to heat up the bolt to loosen up the thread locker?

I just posted the CK to show it's horrible price.

I heated the bolts, yes. To make sure nothing happens with those hollow to-bolts.

About the wheels: as said, carefully with "macguyver"tools, too, no problem.
