I have for sale a Marin Pine Mountain 1989, team colours.
Complete Deore XT group set. Very low miles, super clean. All original components, except for tyres (Panaracer Smoke and Dart, new) and saddle. The colour way of the frame is fluorescent yellow/pink, which were reserved for the Marin Team riders. The original owner (a woman from San Francisco) did race now and then, but wasn’t a Marin team rider and got the bike straight from a factory shop.
Size: Seat tube (c-t) 42,5 cm, top tube (c-c) 56 cm
The bike was used in a couple of races in SF, but was then retired and brought with her to Finland when she moved here in the early 90’s. Has always been stored inside, so the day glow / fluorescent colour is in excellent condition, almost no fading, which is quite rare.
Some paint chips (especially on the stem/fork) from storage, a few of which have been touched up, but no dents, dings or cracks. The Deore XT seat post quick release skewer is missing on the pics, but will come with the bike!
