yeti turquoise paint, colour code?

Hi all
I'm soon to be restoring my 1990 yeti FRO & I've found a company that can powder coat it for me. However I'm uncertain to the correct shade/ colour of the yeti turquoise (RAL number?) can anyone help provide the correct code for desert turquoise?

Hi scant,

i think there were several threads with detailled information about the Yeti turquoise, but as far as i know Yeti always used different turquoise shades, perhaps the cheapest they could get . I just got my ARC back from "Brandes-Speckesser" and they used RAL 5018 (türkis-blau). It`s matching the Yeti-turquoise quite well, but is closer to the newer (98-now) Yeti paint jobs.
I´m not sure, but i think Staabi´s FRO has also been painted in RAL 5018:

i got one fro repainted and it´s a perfect match for my 90 ultimate but i can´t remember the ral number at all. arc´s were darker in the dart because it was not coated but painted and they could not match the paint to the powder. mostly all other fros and ultimates are the same color

As far as I know there is only one RAL turquoise you can get. It´s RAL 5018 as Kettenklemmer said before.

thanks for the info! I've mailed yeti direct, but havent heard anything back. (I'll leave it till next week, I hope I've got more chance of them telling me than spectrum powder works)

RAL 5018 sounds good.
it'll be a while till the FRO is complete, but I'll be sure to post pics when its finished
