Hallo an alle.
I have a 135mm/10mm Quick Release rear axle. It's the kind that has no 5mm inner skewer inside, it's just one solid stick of metal. It fits my open-dropout frame very well except one thing. On the drive-side the frame rests on the thread of the axle instead of smooth metal area which I find a very poor design as the frame will wear out the thread via riding. So the question is: is this ok or is the axle design stupid and I should be getting another one? This axle was included into the Reverse Evo 9 rear hub. Danke!
