Aussie Downhiller in Landau in der pfalz

I posted this previously in the wrong forum sorry

I am an Australian staying in Landau for 2 weeks with my wifes Oma and Opa.
I have my Specialized SXtrail here setup for DH.

I would like to ride a few trails in the area, I am happy to travel to get to a good track.
Any help would be appreciated

Yo MrPlow,

I usually ride Heidelberg, but sometimes the Pfalz. We can set-up a ride for Sunday and do a Kalmit tour, but I usually go early (0730) to avoid hikers. Maybe Saturday morning would work too?? Send me a PM and we can work out the details. SXtrail sounds like just the right style... Think you could make it to the Train Station in Maikammer? We could say 0900 and screw the hikers...

PS. You should be able to ride up with your downhill rig, doesn't need to be fast, but we ain't taking the bus

Hi,
i live in Birkweiler, 6km from landau away.

Sadly all bikeparks in the surrounding area closed end of october,
so you arrive to late for this year :-(

But if you want we can arrange a meeting for next weekend.
I can show you a few good tracks in the near.
Off course, you must ride up with your bike, there are no lifts.
But we always go slow upwards and fast down.
