is Jonito Bikes a trusted/reputable shop?

First off, apologies if I'm posting on the wrong forum - not sure where my question fits best.

Basically I'm considering ordering online a bike for my wife, with delivery within the EU, and found something I liked on the https://jonito.com web shop.

Upon trying to research the company I found some worrying reviews on trusted pilot and a number of company changes.

It appears the company is located in Lübeck with a showroom et al...

• Does anyone have any experience with the shop, on site or online?
• Are they a scam?
• Should I stay away?

So far I've only bought parts there, so I can't reflect on any bike buying experience. As always, there will be people with good and bad experiences, but people are more inclined to share their bad experiences. Anyway, what I can confirm is that Jonito is real and not a scam.
