Fitting a singke ring chain device to a Torque?

Got my Rockzone today and want to drop the front mech and changer as only need 9 speed.

Bought a Superstar Plasma iscg05 chain device to fit. Seem to have run into problems as the swingarm seems to fowl the backplate.

Anyone fitted a singke ring chain device to a Torque (non FRX)??

Ok, reading the product info i need an adapter plate to run a chain device!

Can't see anything on the website. There was 2 plates in the box with the bike, wonder if these are the adapters???

In the box should be an adapter-ring that enables you to fit a ISCG5 chainguide to the Torque. But be carefull and double-check that the chainstay does not hit your chainguide when the shock is fully compressed. Torque and chaingiude is not an easy topic

Managed to fit it after a lot of swearing!

Dont think the chainline is right though, but that may be to do with having an 11-34 block at the back?

See how it goes at the weekend on its first trip out!

Perhaps you should put a spacer between your crank and the BB.

Went out today on it and it seemd pretty good. No drag and the chain stayed put. 9 gears - its the future!!
