Head Tube Reaming...

Hello, please forgive my English (still learning German).

Does anyone know where I can get my 1.5" head tube reamed? The insertion depth of my steerer tube is too shallow and doesn't allow a standard headset to fully seat. It is currently about 9mm deep and needs to be 12mm or more.
I'm looking for a place to cut the inner diameter of my steerer tube deeper. A head tube reaming tool would do this... Does anyone know where I could have this done? (aluminum frame).

I live in Leipzig, but I can travel or send my frame.

as far as i know most of the bike shops offer this service. in the small town i live in though only the ones that are more foused on somewhat newer bikes (gravel, mtb and racing bikes) and have a workshop somewhere inside their shop, have these particular tools (and the time to offer the service).

Thank you for the replies. I was told 1.5" would be very difficult to find, but I will ask again, starting with Bike Department Ost which is not far away.

Just to update: Bike Department Ost were great. They did the job while I waited, and only asked that I put something in the tip jar as payment.
