Money Transfer- how much time take?

Hi, my mom did transfer money by postbank in facility, in 19 november 2014 and money didn't come to recipient to this day, how much time transfer take? im scared little a bit.

1 day if you send money within EU.

mom send it by postbank in DE.. 19 november.. not by internet but normal in facility.. anyone knows why it take so much time?

I did a "Barüberweisung" (money transfer paid by cash at the banks counter) at postbank a few month ago. It took round about one week till the money was booked to the recipients account.

Seems to be "Average-postal-Speed" in "whateveryouwant-things"

I too this "Barüberweisung" On Wednesday last week, and still he dont have money on account, im worried about this. Maybe he lie? but i trust him.
