Verkaufe Pegasus MTB NON-Ritchey!mostly with '92 COMP-23 parts PRICE DROP!

Hi peeps,
my wife has found a very unusual MTB at a local bike jumble.
Seems it was built mostly to a 1992 Ritchey COMP-23 spec, but the frame/forks are very different.

Very nice condition though, I replaced the BB & grips, and it was complete. Sadly it's either too big (for missus) or too small ( for me).

10,5 kg weight as pictured, so no gaspipe special edition either I suppose. Size is 45 cm seattube c-c, 56 cm top tube c-c, but will check again upon request.

Part's list:

Ritchey parts: Grips, handlebars, stem, brakeset, brakelevers, chainset, rims, rimstrips, tires, seatpost, saddle, headset

Shimano Deore XT parts: Rear hub, chain, thumbies, pedals, mechs, cassette

Other parts: Front hub - Shimano 600/Ultegra

I was asking 400 EUR posted to Germany given the vgc. condition Ritchey/XT parts, elsewhere please ask for shipping costs.

NOW 350 EUR posted to Germany!

Prefer selling it as a full bike, but sensible offers are welcome!

The old Ritchey Frames looked like that. The special Dropouts came later. Could be a Ritchey, but cannot buy it.

on the tubes: next to the typical cable routing which looks different to yours,



another aspect to proof it is not an "old" Ritchey might be the steerer tube - the old ritchey all had 1" while yours look like 1 1/8", right?

also the fork.

all in all, I very much doubt it

Ja, seitliche Zugführung gabs nie bei Ritchey. Die Noodle hinten könnte nachträglich angebracht worden sein, die seitliche Zugführung auch, aber 1 1/8" Steuerrohr (bei alten Dropouts) kann kaum nachträglich angebracht werden.
Ist wohl doch kein Ritchey.
Now I think, it is not a Ritchey.

Hi mates,

Thanks for the info. I have NOT stated it is a Ritchey bike, nor do I do it now, I'd like to emphasise it!

The rear dropouts are Ritchey branded, and I could not find any serial number on it.

It's frame only looks partly similar to some models from their lineup. Also the parts (note Shimano 600/Ultegra front hub) are kind of similar some Ritchey bikes described here:

As it is known that apart from the "stock' models, you could order "tailor-made' frames from them in the early '90s, so it might be a one-off example. Ritchey or not, it is a nice bike and was used only for low miles judging from the overall condition of the bike.

vom einstigen Österr. Suntour Importeur. Leider nix ritchey.

Egal. Ein feines kleines sehr sportliches Rädchen. Fahre ich genau so gerne wie mein Ritchey.
